Our Story
Built by a homeschool family who needed a better way to run their homeschool life.
HomeschoolAce was born from a simple need: a better way to manage the beautiful chaos of homeschooling. As homeschool parents ourselves, we found that existing solutions were either too complicated, too expensive, or simply didn't understand the unique needs of homeschool families.
We wanted more than just a homeschool gradebook. We needed a platform that could handle everything: tracking grades and attendance for compliance, managing daily chores and responsibilities, logging reading and volunteer hours, planning lessons, and even helping kids learn financial literacy — all while keeping the family organized and on track.
So we built it. HomeschoolAce is the complete homeschool lifestyle platform we wished we had from day one. It's robust enough to handle high school transcripts and college applications, yet simple enough to use every day without the overwhelm.

Benjamen brings over 30 years of software engineering experience to HomeschoolAce, specializing in cloud architecture and SaaS development. He builds scalable, beautiful applications that solve real-world problems.
His mission is to create tools that simplify the administrative side of homeschooling so families can focus on what matters most: learning together.

Elizabeth is the heart and soul of HomeschoolAce's educational philosophy. As a homeschool consultant through HomeWorks by Precept, she advises over 200 families on how to build intentional, well-organized homeschool lives.
She speaks regularly on the concept of the 'family operating system' — the idea that successful homeschooling requires managing not just academics, but the whole rhythm of family life. Her consulting relationships and firsthand experience as a homeschool mom shaped every feature in HomeschoolAce.

Zachary plays a vital role in shaping HomeschoolAce's direction and ensuring it meets the real needs of homeschool families. He contributes to product management, customer service, and testing.
